Our Story
Meet the leads of this project
Stacey St. John is a powerhouse in the short-term rental industry and founder of the STR Sisterhood, a global community supporting over 62,000 women in hospitality. After leaving the corporate world, she scaled a multi-seven-figure STR portfolio in just two years. Stacey is the host of the STR Sisterhood Podcast, creator of the STR Success Accelerator mentorship program, and a leading voice for women in STR. She was also an original author featured in Hospitable Hosts Volume 1, helping launch the globally recognized book series. Her mission is to empower women to achieve financial freedom and lead with confidence.
Jodie Odlin is the founder of Hospitable Hosts, UK and the visionary creator behind the globally celebrated Hospitable Hosts book series. A passionate hospitality educator and experienced short-term rental entrepreneur, Jodie launched the series to unite real hosts with real stories—elevating the voices of professionals across the industry. Since its debut, Hospitable Hosts has featured over 150 contributors and sparked a movement focused on excellence, community, and heart-led hospitality. Jodie is also the creator of the STR Hospitality Summit and the Hospitable Hosts Academy, where she empowers hosts worldwide to raise standards, grow their businesses, and lead with purpose and integrity.
