Contract for Host Accepting Terms of Payment for Hospitable Hosts Collaboration Book Project

This Contract ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned Host ("Host") and Omnipotent Publishing Ltd. ("Publisher") regarding the collaboration book project titled Hospitable Hosts Volume 3 ("Project").

Scope of Services Host agrees to purchase the book partnership program, which includes the following services:

Training

Editing

Proofreading

Formatting

Full professional design 

Category Upload

Promotional Graphics for Contributors

Marketing

Purchase in Business Capacity  Host acknowledges and agrees to purchase the book partnership program in their business capacity and guarantees the purchase as an individual.

Entire Agreement This Terms of Purchase constitutes the entire agreement between Host and Publisher, superseding any prior discussions, emails, online or voice messages.

Payment Process Upon completion of payment, which will be processed securely by Stripe, Paypal or bank transfer Host will receive a receipt for their records. Host should allow 24-48 hours for communication from Omnipotent Publishing Ltd. regarding the requirements for the book.

Right to Delay Communication Publisher reserves the right to delay communication in the event of technical difficulties.

Refunds The book partnership program has a strict no-refunds policy. By accepting this agreement, Host acknowledges and agrees not to initiate a chargeback. In the event of a chargeback, Host will be charged an additional fee of $300 USD.  Host accepts responsibility for submitting their writing in on time.

Payment Schedule Host and Publisher have agreed to initiate the project, the contract must be signed, followed by the agreed-upon automatic recurring payments.

A deposit is not required before the official commencement of this project. Subsequently, payments will be made on a monthly schedule with automatic recurring payments (the amount to be discussed between Host and Publisher).

Host agrees that if an automatic payment fails and remains unpaid for more than 14 days, 10% of the missed payment will be added every month until the account is made current.

Provision of Information Host agrees to provide all necessary information for their book and contributors to Omnipotent Publishing Ltd. upon the execution of this agreement, to facilitate the release of the multi-author book.

Use of Host's Information Host grants Omnipotent Publishing Ltd. the right to use their name, likeness, biographical information, and full and/or excerpt of their book, with full attribution to Host, for promotional purposes in both digital and printed formats.

Final Say Host acknowledges that Omnipotent Publishing Ltd will have the final say on the cover, manuscript, book description, and price.

Responsibility for Original Work Host understands that Omnipotent Publishing Ltd. is publishing their chapter under the assumption that it is their original work. Host acknowledges that it is their own responsibility to ensure that their work is original and does not infringe upon others' copyrights. Host agrees that Omnipotent Publishing Ltd. will not be held responsible for any copyright violations resulting from the publication of their book.

Paperback / Hardback Copies Host understands that the program does not include paperback copies of the book but acknowledges that they can be purchased from Amazon at the wholesale price.

Agreement to Terms Host acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of purchase. By making a payment, Host agrees to the terms of purchase stated in this Agreement.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance by the Host when payment has been made.
